Optimize your communications before and during the trade fair!

We explain step by step everything your "Dashboard" can do for you.

In just a few short minutes, it allows you to share all the important information with your customers and guests in a clear format. Simple and fast!

Login

Register using your username and password in the "Login" section on the EuroShop homepage under "Exhibitor" and "Dashboard".

You received your login details with your exhibitor approval.

Search in Exhibitors & Products 2017

Click "Dashboard – Activityboard" and than "Complete your exhibitor profile" to get to your online profile.

Edit profile

Once you have accessed your Exhibitor Dashboard, you can complete your profile under "Edit profile". This includes contact persons, trade show booth events, product categories, company news, company profile and general company data. You can also register a logo. We explain the individual sections in more detail below:

Contact

Add one or more contact persons with contact details and photo. This allows your guests to contact you directly. Just click on "Add contact".

Visit us - Stand activities

If you are hosting special events or special exhibits at your booth, you can list them under "Visit Us" –"Add stand activity". Simply select individual trade fair days and times and add a title and description. PDF documents can also be uploaded in this section.

Our range of products - Product categories

You already selected one free product category when you registered. You now have to reserve this category in the Online Order System (OOS). You can also add additional product categories at an additional charge. To do this, go to "Our range of products" under "Order more product categories in our online shop!".

Products

Once you have reserved the product categories, you may also present individual "products" using images and text, which are assigned to each category. Just try it and click "Add product"!

Company news

Things get really exciting for you in this section: Under "Add Company News", you can easily add your own choice of news and your company’s product news – with a title and length of text of your choosing. Don’t forget to add an effective image! You can also add links and PDF documents at this point. It also lets you specify a publication data and a data range for the publication.

The best part: your news appears automatically on the EuroShop homepage in the News Ticker display under "Exhibitor News". Don’t pass up the opportunity to keep your customers and trade fair guests informed about your innovations. And all this 24/7!

About us - Company details and Company data

Highlight in-depth who you are and what makes your company stand out. You can add a cool text in the company profile section and present facts using the simple select menu in the data section. Once again, you can also add another PDF file in this area.

Your Logo

Would you like to add your company logo as an entry into your profile? You can also book this in the Online Order System (OOS) for an added charge. Click: "Add your company logo - order online now!"

Finally: Profile preview

You can check and simultaneously publish your completed entry at the top of your profile under "Profile Preview". Every website visitor is then able to view it.

You are all done!

Your company profile has now been updated. Keep coming back and show the visitors of euroshop.de what you can offer!
